In March, ISDN-Net announced its acquisition of Knoxville's Net-Express Inc., formerly owned by Dataworld Inc. In order to better reflect our company's growth into a full service technology provider for businesses and consumers in Tennessee and beyond, ISDN-Net Inc. has announced the change of its name to The Nexus Group Inc. and consolidating all of our businesses under the NEXUS brand name.
